Our meals are reminiscent of the meals you remember from your grandparents’ house, but with an added modern touch.

The kitchen is the heart of our home, and it is where we will gather for breakfast and meet throughout the day to enjoy coffee and cake, engage in casual chats, and to relax.

Located on the ground floor, the kitchen has direct access to our kitchen garden and a short walk to the nearby shared village allotment where we experiment with the berries and vegetables our local climate can sustain. Our vision is to become mostly self-sufficient and to minimize the transportation needed to procure the ingredients we incorporate in the meals our guests get to enjoy.
